Formed as a group the summer of '98, as a result of the joined
effort of two people. One was bitter from the attitude of the
members of his former group and was seeking new ways of expressing
himself. The other was determined to try one last time. What started
as a joke and an effort to find a new "old" sound through the
tornment of numerous hot summer evenings, full of endless hours
of work, experimenting and recordings, gave birth to a collection
of demo songs and the formation of a group combining individuals
who wanted to unite their ambitions and their love for music.
AII the material is written in English, in spite of the general
trend that dominates the discographic horizon of Greece at this
moment, not for any other reason, simply because that fits better
to the style and aspect of their music. AII songs deal with simple
stories of daily reality - familiar to each one of us - seen through
an ironic - bitter side, which sometimes touches the limits of
tragedy. At present, RUBBER MIND are going into the studio for
the recording of their 1st CD single, which will contain 3 songs.
